• no refunds, exchange only.

we do not offer refunds. however, exchanges are possible if you receive the wrong item or a defective product. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all labels intact.

• checking your order

you may inspect your order while the courier is still present. If you need to exchange an item, it must be done before accepting the order. Once the package is opened, we cannot process an exchange, as handling and repackaging may cause damage during return transit.

• one size only

all our pieces come in one size, so we recommend reviewing the product details carefully before placing your order.
